Hachiware Cat Wooden Stamp | Morita Inbou
Available in stock (5)
A tuxedo cat peeks out with big round eyes, a black cap over its ears, and a white muzzle with tiny whiskers. Hachiware is the Japanese name for this two-tone face, and it stamps as a crisp little portrait you can tuck into the corner of any page.
- Stamp face: 1.5 x 2 cm
- Rubber on an MDF wood block, 6 cm tall
- Single stamp with product tag
- Made in Japan
Notes from The Fox: Stamp it in black for the classic tuxedo look, or try gray or orange for a whole new cat. It pairs well with the Surprised Cat and Sitting Black Cat stamps from the same studio. Morita Inbou is a hanko shop in Kyoto that has been carving seals for 75 years, and every stamp design is drawn in-house.
Try it with an Iromoyo Warabe mini stamp pad from Shachihata.
