A slim plate in dusty pink that does two jobs at once. Along the top edge sits a tape cutter with six decorative teeth, so a strip of washi tears off with a zigzag, scallop or flag end instead of a plain cut. The body is a stencil of bows, pennant flags, bunting, scalloped and postage-stamp frames, an envelope, a coffee cup and a sundae: press tape over a shape, trace it, cut it out, and you have a custom washi die cut. A clip on the back holds it inside a planner.
