Notes from The Fox
Ginnezumi translates to "silver mouse" in Japanese, which is a traditional way of describing a refined, cool gray with a subtle shimmer of warmth. It is one of the more understated colors in the Iromoyo line, but that is exactly what makes it so useful. Gray works as a shadow, a background tone, or a neutral accent that lets brighter stamp colors take center stage. The Shachihata Iromoyo pads are known for their clean ink transfer and fast drying time, and this gray delivers the same sharp, reliable results as the rest of the series. A great addition to any stamp pad set, and one that pairs well with just about every other color in the line.

The transparent lid is labeled with the color name, and the base is stackable for convenient storage. Refill ink is available separately.

How to Use
Press your stamp gently onto the pad and then onto paper for a clean impression. This gray works especially well as a shadow layer or neutral background behind brighter ink colors. The fast-drying formula means you can layer stamps and add detail without waiting. Clean your stamp with a damp tissue when switching between colors. Works best on paper that soaks up ink well, like card stock, kraft paper, and journal pages. Not ideal for glossy or coated paper.
