Thistle Washi Tape | Stacey McEvoy Caunt

Notes from The Fox
Thistles are a tough and beautiful plant, and Stacey's pattern catches both sides of that. The design uses deep green leaves and soft purple blooms in her loose hand-drawn style. It has a slight Scottish and folk-art feel without getting too literal about it. Stacey works from her studio near the Derbyshire border and draws all her own patterns. A quiet favorite of mine for botanical journals.

Product Details and Specs
The pattern is a repeat of thistle heads and spiky leaves in green and soft purple on a cream ground. The tape is printed on traditional Japanese-style washi paper with a low-tack, removable adhesive. It tears cleanly by hand, sticks well to paper and cardstock, and lifts without leaving residue. The paper is plastic-free and fully recyclable.
What's Included: 1 roll, 15mm wide by 10 meters long. Designed by Stacey McEvoy Caunt (SMC-THSTL).
How to Use
Use it on garden journals, nature walk logs, and botanical reading spreads. It also looks lovely on letter paper for pen pal mail. It pairs with other botanical designs in our washi tape collection. To see more of her work, browse the full Stacey McEvoy Caunt range.
